Bangalore Archdiocese helps Flood Victims in Karwar Diocese receive New Houses

Karwar: 28 November, 2020: Bangalore Archdiocese continues to strengthen its network with suffragan dioceses as it reaches out to the flood victims of North Karnataka. The Siddis of Karnataka are an ethnic group inhabiting India. In Karnataka, they are concentrated around Yellapur, Haliyala, Ankola, Joida, Mundgod and Sirsi taluks of Uttara Kannada and in Khanapur of Belagavi and Khalaghatagi of Dharavada district.

In his address, the Archbishop profusely thanked the donors and institutions and the Karwar Diocese Development Commission (KDDC) which took care of the construction of the houses.
