Bangalore, 3rd July 2022: Sacred Heart Church at Richmond Road celebrated its annual feast. The Nine-day novena to the Sacred Heart of Jesus culminated at the celebration of the solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus.
Archbishop Peter Machado presided over the solemn Eucharist at the Church followed by procession and benediction. Before the Benediction, in an historic act, Archbishop Machado consecrated the whole of Archdiocese of Bangalore to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus.
The Parish Clergy had also prepared a documentary on the 12th promise of Jesus Christ to St. Margaret Mary in her visions. This documentary was released on this occasion after the Benediction.
