"Don't forget your call to talk about Jesus" Archbishop tells communicants

Bangalore: 139 children were administered the sacraments of Holy Communion and Confirmation at St. Anthony's church, Kavalbysandra by Archbishop Rev. Peter Machado, July 6th. Four visually challenged children were also graced with the sacraments.

In his message to the congregation the prelate said that Jesus takes us seriously so we need to take him seriously and resolve to proclaim his message wherever we are. The prelate emphazied on being "witnesses to the Faith we profess".

Shortly after the service, the Archbishop blessed specially-abled children and shared time with lens men with altar-servers and parishioners.

The parish pastored by Fr.Divya Paul honoured nuns and Catechism teachers who prepared the children for the sacraments.
