The Orientation Program for the Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) and Parish Finance Council (PFC) was successfully conducted at St. Francis Xavier's Cathedral. The event aimed to enhance the leadership and administrative capabilities of council members, ensuring effective pastoral care and financial stewardship within the parishes.

The program, organized by Cathedral Dean Fr. Amarnath, witnessed the participation of approximately 130 members from various parishes, demonstrating strong commitment and enthusiasm. Their active engagement contributed significantly to the overall success of the session.

Bishop Most Rev. Dr. Arockiaraj Sathish led the program, providing in-depth insights into the roles and responsibilities of PPC and PFC members. His guidance offered much-needed clarity, enabling participants to understand their duties more effectively and serve their parishes with greater dedication.
Fr. Arockiasamy, Rector and Parish Priest of St. Francis Xavier’s Cathedral, graciously hosted the event. His generosity in providing hospitality, including lunch, coffee, and refreshments, added to the smooth execution and comfort of the gathering.

The success of this orientation program reflects the collective efforts of the deanery priests, parish priests, and all participants. Their cooperation and support ensured a fruitful and meaningful event, reinforcing the importance of strong pastoral and financial leadership within the Church.
Fr. Amarnath, Dean, acknowledged the contributions of all involved and expressed gratitude for their participation and commitment to the growth of the Church.
