The archdiocesan directory 2020 released

Bangalore, January 22, 2020: We are delighted to inform that the long-awaited day has come and “This is the day the Lord had made” Ps 118:24. Today, the Archdiocesan Directory-2020 was released by our beloved Archbishop Most Rev Dr Peter Machado amidst the gathering of CRI zonal leaders, the deans and the curia officials. The new directory has many new features and is aesthetically designed with accurate information to find the required contact details easily. The high point of this edition is that, it carries the photographs of all the diocesan clergy to facilitate quick identification with their names.

Rev. Fr Arokia Raj Satish Kumar, Chancellor, in his address recalled the tireless and determined effort of the Archbishop’s secretariat staff led by Mr Ivan D’Costa the current co-ordinator of the Tabor publications and was ably assisted and guided by Rev. Fr S Jayanathan, the Vicar General from time to time in compiling this directory which is claimed to be the best in the country. The Prelate felicitated Mr Ivan for his invaluable contribution and thanked him for his sacrifice and commitment to the call of duty.

The directory running into 540 pages is competitively priced at Rs 200/- per copy. It is available for sale from the 23rd Janurary onwards at the following places. Asian Trading Corporation (ATC) its retail outlets: Paalana Bhavana, D’Costa Layout, Holy Ghost Church and St Antony’s Friary, Madivala.
