On behalf of our beloved Archbishop His Grace The Most Rev. Dr. Peter Machado, and Msgr. C. Francis, and the Priests, Religious and Lay Faithful of the Archdiocese, Very Rev. Fr. I. Anthappa was congratulated and felicitated on his 90th Birthday at the Clergy Home today. When Msgr. S. Jayanathan asked Fr. I. Anthappa: “What is the secret of your long life?” He replied with a broad smile on his face: “Why do you ask me? You all should tell me that secret!” A very smart reply indeed! He looked very cheerful and happy.
On this happy occasion, all of us in the Archdiocese pray that God may bless him with good health and long life. And also on this Happy Feast of the Holy Name of Mother Mary, we pray that our dearest Mother Mary intercedes with God for him. Ad multos Annos!
